TNAG 360
The new ‘TNAG 360’ allows you to view the company’s inventory in real time in its London showroom, watch demo videos of each guitar and purchase products directly from the virtual tour.

“We are always striving to offer our customers something different, and with such an international client base, it’s difficult for the majority of them to visit our showroom in person.” The North American Guitar’s Managing Director Ben Montague explains.
“Many businesses use Google Street Map to offer a virtual tour of their store, but we were eager to find a way to actually interact with the guitars that are on our walls, providing a truly unique browsing and shopping experience.”

The TNAG 360 is part of The North American Guitar’s ‘Buy With Confidence’ programme, which allows customers anywhere in the world to purchase a guitar completely risk-free. All guitars are sold with free global shipping and returns, as well as a five-day appraisal period, which allows anyone to audition any guitar for five days to ensure that it’s right for them.

“We understand that, as much as you can see and hear the guitars on our website, you never know how suitable a guitar is going to be for you until you get it into your hands,” says Richard Poll, TNAG’s Digital Marketing Manager.

“We ship globally for free, therefore in the event that the guitar isn’t quite right for you, we arrange a complimentary return shipment and, once the guitar arrives back with us, we will provide you with a full refund. It really is a risk-free way of trying out any of our guitars.”
